The gallery covers the six things Faith bakes most. Custom cakes run from single-tier birthday designs to tiered wedding cakes, including vintage Lambeth piping and buttercream roses. Hand-decorated cookies follow the calendar through Valentine's, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, the Fourth of July, autumn and Christmas, and go out as trays and platters as well as celebration numbers. Cupcakes come by the dozen or arranged as a tower or ring display. Pies and cheesecakes include lattice, fresh fruit and swirl. There are fresh loaves of bread, and treats such as buckeyes and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
